Teoler is founded and operated by professionals from IIT/IIM/London Business School. We intend to create one of the best educational institutes in India with a scientific research-based curriculum and pedagogy. The professional approach and international network of our founders enable us to bring the best concepts from across the world and customize these to Indian requirements.
We think it’s time for a different approach. We need a comprehensive, coherent strategy that allows industry, policymakers, educators, and community leaders to re-engage high school students in serious learning. Specifically, we need to help young kids prepare to produce effectively in a rapidly changing economy; achieve educational financial, social, and emotional goals. We need an approach that is simple and complete, built on our collocative aspirations for lifelong learning, economic well-being, and civic engagement. And this approach must be versatile – it must recognize that India’s young people can pursue many different pathways to achieving their dreams and contributing to the success of this country.
Our staff is proficient in facilitating learning for their prodigies, ensuring their curriculum objectives are met. The teachers observe, assess and record each student’s progress on a daily basis, for continuous evaluation and improvement. We also assure optimum teacher-student ratio in each of our classrooms.
We believe good infrastructure and classroom comfort can aid students in maximum learning by enabling them to focus solely on their academics. With this in mind, our institute is equipped with the best in class education infrastructure – including wooden learning materials, audio-visual aids, digital library and latest laboratories.

We have a panel of highly experienced and qualified full-time faculties. They have been teaching for many years and have produced many Doctors. while working with some of the leading coaching institutions in the country. Before joining the organization, the faculty members undergo a rigorous selection process. They also undergo training and guidance sessions with us to ensure standard delivery across batches. In all we have about 5 internal faculty members teaching NEET program @ Teoler

Our Founding Team personally designs ISPs for students and mentors, ensuring that students are aided on their academic path with the right inputs, advise, counselling and coaching.
Our curriculum is comprehensively designed to factor in all key areas of our students’ development – Cognitive, Physical, Social, Emotional, Language, Mathematical, Verbal as well as Creative Skills.
Our periodic career counselling sessions keep the students, as well as parents, updated about the academic/career environment and the continually evolving world they will be stepping into.

When parents entrust their children’s formative learning years to us, we ensure we deliver above and beyond what is expected of a school. If any student requires additional focus on particular subjects, we provide remedial classes to them, without added charge.
We have implemented a continuous assessment and feedback mechanism for each student, to ensure that they are progressing well on their learning curve. This periodic evaluation helps our faculty design custom support classes for our students.
