We have a panel of highly experienced and qualified full-time faculties from various reputed institutions like IITs, NITs etc. They have been teaching for many years and have produced many Engineers, Doctors, NTSE scholars etc. while working with some of the leading coaching institutions in the country. Before joining the organization, the faculty members undergo a rigorous selection process. They also undergo training and guidance sessions with us to ensure standard delivery across batches. In all we have about 15 faculty members teaching in various Integrated Programs at Teoler.
We emphasis on the stability of the faculty as we believe that each teacher marks a difference in the study pattern of the students; as they share certain comfort level. Hence, we ensure that none of our academic team member leaves the project in between the sessions.
We believe that good teaching goes beyond mere imparting knowledge, but also to inspire, guide and motivate the students in raising their overall performance. That’s where Amit sir and Nirjhar sir step in. They are in constant touch with all students and keep on guiding them on a regular basis.
We are really grateful to Teoler ‘A true temple of learning’ for taking an extraordinary care of all the kids equally. Even with the different mindsets and skill sets, my both the daughters are flourishing in their very own way as the school works on overall enhancing and nurturing the important life skills. As working parents we hardly have any time to sit with our kids for their academics. Thankfully Teoler has taken the full responsibility. We are blessed to be the part of such dignified education centre.
